How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–14 business days and you receive a tracking link by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to all EU countries. For other destinations the cost is shown at checkout.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
No. Every design is a limited edition – once it sells out, it is not remade. A new collection takes its place.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returns within the EU are free.
How do I find my size?
Every product page shows a size chart with measurements in centimetres. Some pieces run small – this is noted on the product page. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help.
