Delivery
Your order is delivered within 7–14 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping is free to all EU countries. For destinations outside the EU, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free returns within the EU
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returns within the EU are free of charge.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label and the return address.
Refunds
We refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until the item is back with us or you have sent proof of return.
Right of withdrawal
