Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your parcel ships, you receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping costs
- All EU countries: free shipping.
- Other destinations: the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes outside the EU may be charged by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.
Delays and damaged parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the stated time, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@dalviero.com – we will sort it out.
