1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on dalviero.com (the “store”), operated by Dalviero (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. You can contact us at hello@dalviero.com.

2. Products and descriptions

Each design is a limited edition and is not remade once sold out. We describe every product as accurately as we can, including composition, measurements in centimetres and care information where available. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Contract

The product pages in the store are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the final order button at checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is concluded when we send this confirmation. We store the contract text, and you receive the order details by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay; delivery to all EU countries is free. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days of the order confirmation. You receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships. If we cannot deliver within this time, we will tell you and you may cancel the order for a full refund. More details are in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, the free EU returns process and a model withdrawal form are on our Returns & Withdrawal page.

7. Legal guarantee

The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products for at least 2 years from delivery. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the law.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, please write to us first – we reply on business days and try to solve every issue quickly. As a consumer you can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
