Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last one.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision with a clear statement – by email to hello@dalviero.com or through our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original order, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us of your withdrawal. Returns from EU countries are free: we send you a prepaid return label and the return address. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – try them on as you would in a shop.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery, and we will repair, replace or refund the item free of charge.
